As a coach and instructor, Lisa has brought her love of fitness, sports, and dance to all children for over 30 years. As a teenager, Lisa played ice hockey, basketball and even lettered in Indoor Track her senior year of high school all while continuing to study dance. For three years in a row, Lisa has starred as a Radio City Rockette in “The Radio City Christmas Spectacular” show. With her upbeat and positive approach when coaching Lisa has the perfect balance of care, fun, and firmness while also seeing her students thrive socially and gain confidence. Her forte is coaching/instructing the younger age groups and she holds a special place in her heart working with her students with learning differences/disabilities. She has firsthand experience being a dedicated mom of a 24-year-old son on the autism spectrum. Lisa is certified in CPR/1st Aid, Fitness and Yoga.
